What Happens Now?

Thank you for booking your party equipment with us!

Your booking has been confirmed and will be manually processed by our staff. Once a staff member has reserved your equipment, they will send you an SMS text confirmation within 24 hours but usually within a few hours. You will also receive an email shortly containing all of your details including the equipment you have selected to hire from us.

If you selected to pick up the equipment you may do so from our showroom at Factory 3, 8 Deblin Drive, Narre Warren.

Our showroom is open for pickups and demonstrations during the hours below:

THU - 9:30AM to 5:00PM
FRI - 9:30AM to 5:00PM
SAT - 11:15AM to 1:00PM
SUN - CLOSED

Here is what happens next...

One of our delivery drivers will call you on the Thursday night around 8pm prior to your Party to confirm your details and work out a suitable delivery time with you. They will also request your credit card details to process your payment.

If you don't receive a call on the Thursday night, please call us on the Friday morning after 9:30 a.m. so that we can follow up with the driver and get him to call you ASAP.
